Sample delivery times with Australia post
Australian orders over $150 receive free shipping, orders under $150 pay a flat rate of $10.60. Orders can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location is Australia.
New Zealand orders over $150 receive free shipping, orders under $150 pay a flat rate of $16.95. Orders can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location is New Zealand
For the rest of the world, shipping rates are based on weight and take between 7 to 21 business days. Please check your countries policy if TARIFFS apply. You may need to pay a import tax fee before your parcel is delivered to your door.
If your order was placed on a Friday or weekend, your order will be shipped on a Monday. If the Monday is a public holiday, the item will be shipped on the next business day. Weekends are excluded from delivery timeframes so please take this into account if you require the item for a specific date.

Tracking
You will be able to track your order every step of the way with the link and tracking information provided in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. This will be sent when Australia Post has collected your parcels.
You can use this tracking number on your countries postal service website.
It is also your countries postal service responsibility to deliver your parcel safely to you.
