Change of mind? Wrong size? Thats okay, we're here to help!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges if your item is returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which you recieved it. If recieved at our warehouse in a used or damaged condition, your order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final and can not be returned.

Faulty product? We provide a 3 month product warranty. If your shoe is damaged, for example, the stitching comes undone, the cotton has torn or the sole is damaged, we will replace your shoes free of charge! Please note, this is 3 months AFTER your order has been delivered.

Once we have received your returns and they have been approved, we will email you a gift card for the total value of your purchase. You can use this online to repurchase your correct size or colour preference.
Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, on refunds and exchanges unless product is faulty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, your refund for the total amount of items purchased will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

The cost of the postage you paid to receive your items will not be refunded.

If you received our free shipping offer for orders over $150 for Australia and New Zealand you will be charged for our shipping cost on your original order if your refund goes below the free shipping offer value. 

EXAMPLE: If you change your mind on one pair and send it back for a refund and your original order then falls below the free shipping offer value of $150, you will then be charged a shipping cost of $10.60. This is the same cost you would be charged if an order falls below the free shipping offer value of $150. The $10.60 will be deducted form your refund amount and you will be issued the balance.
