FOR AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY -
- Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $150.
- For orders under $150, it is a flat rate of $10.60 for standard shipping.
- Please note: Orders can take between 3-14 days to arrive, depending on your location.
FOR NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY-
- Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150.
- For orders under $150, it is a flat rate of $16.95 for standard shipping
- Please note: Orders can take between 7-25 days to arrive, depending on your location.
For the rest of the world, we do offer discounted international shipping rates. This is based on the weight of your parcel. SHIPPING - We are constantly making sure you receive your orders as soon as possible. We currently ship Monday-Friday. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be shipped the next day. Once shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number and details. Please note:
- If your order was placed on a Friday or a weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday.
- If your order was placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.
- We do not ship on weekends, so please take this into account if you require your order before a specific date.
In periods of high demand or during promotions, we can experience a high influx of orders. We do our best to get everyones orders out on time, but please be mindful if there is a delay in your order. Our delivery times are a guideline according to Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
