Shipping and Delivery

FOR AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

  • Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $150.

  • For orders under $150, it is a flat rate of $12.90 for standard domestic shipping within Australia.

  • Orders are normally packed within 3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is posted this can take between 3-14 days to arrive, depending on your location. When posted, you will be sent an email with the tracking number and details.  

  • Delays - During PreOrder fulfillments and sale periods  Order volumes are significantly higher than usual. This may result in delays to dispatch and delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will get your order to you as soon as possible. 
  • Kung Fu Mary is not responsible for delays or missing parcels caused by Aust Post mail service or a wrong address provided when your order was placed.
  • To raise an issue with your parcel, you can contact Aust Post via their website using your tracking number that was supplied to you within your shipping confirmation email.

    We are constantly making sure you receive your orders as soon as possible. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number and details.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    For the rest of the world, we do offer discounted international shipping rates. This is based on the weight of your parcel. All international deliveries can take up to 20 days to be delivered once it has departed Australia, so please keep this in mind.

    IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION - 

    Taxes and Duty: Import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of each customer and are subject to each country's tax laws. Kung Fu Mary is not responsible for any international taxes and duties.

    International Rejection Notices: Please note: International packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.

    Your local postal service will attempt to deliver your parcel once. If the first attempt fails, orders will remain at your local postal point for a maximum of 15 days, so we recommend that you pick up the package as soon as possible. 

    Kung Fu Mary is not responsible for delays or missing parcels caused by your countries mail service or a wrong address added when your order was placed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
