*NOTE: All Happy Shoes are TRUE TO SIZE. Please order your usual shoe size. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing down as the shoes are made of cotton and will stretch.
For example; if you are a size 9.5 and are unsure of your size, we recommend going with a size 9 due to the stretch. Each shoe will stretch to the comfort of your foot!

They're cute but it's weird that the straps are different lengths

They're cute but it's weird that the straps are different lengths. The right shoe has 2 buckles and 2 press stud and the left only has 1 so they are tighter on the left and camt be adjusted. Disappointed as I LOVE the idea of press stud!!

The second buckle on one of the shoes is a spare and can be removed by feeding the strap through the buckle. This is mentioned on your packing slip that came inside your parcel. You can also adjust the buckles by feeding the strap through the buckles to place the buckle in the position needed to fit your foot comfortably. It is basically the same motion you would use if you were feeding a strap through a belt buckle. If this confuses you, there is a video pinned to the top of our Instagram page. This video shows you how to remove and adjust the buckles.
